Service Dog Certification plus Anxiety Package

Please read carefully all of the terms and conditions of this user agreement, the terms of the policies, and each of the other terms and agreements that apply to you from this legally binding terms of service contract form.

My CoreDTS| Dog Training Service Terms and Conditions

This user agreement is a contract between you the legal dog owner and/or the designated representative the legal dog owner has entrusted to complete the dog training contract on behalf of the legal dog owner.

By purchasing the selected dog training package(s), you agree that any and all monies used to purchase the select dog training package(s) are legally yours and/or you received written and verbal permission to use any and all monies for the select dog training package(s) you have purchased.

Third Party Vendor
You agree and understand that any legal issue made against you for monies you used (borrowed) to purchase any of our dog training packages is between you and the other party seeking damages. You do not hold CoreDTS/Helping Hand Kennel liable and no refund will be issued.

Email address.
You understand the email address listed in this terms of service contract form must match the email address listed on the payment section. Any discrepancy or wrong information listed in the email section that does not match the payment section email will not result in any refund for any reason. No Refund will be issued.

Dog Contract.
You the dog owner mutually agree to enter into this dog training contract with this individual (the dog trainer) and have your dog complete the dog obedience training that the dog trainer provides and you agree to any/all training methods used to train your dog.

You agree to the selected training package(s) purchased and the services specific for that package. You understand any training for your dog may not begin or get scheduled until the package cost that the dog trainer and you (yourself) agreed upon; is paid in full.

You agree to pay in full any remaining balance you owe prior to dropping off your dog for any dog training. Dog Training does NOT begin or resume until payment is paid in full.

*Any request from the dog owner to change/modify the listed Dog Training Services may result in a change of an increased price rate/training time that have previously been specified or determined. Any change to the training curriculum are best efforts, determined by dog trainer, as long as it does not take away from the current curriculum, and if the dog trainer agrees to provide any change or additional services.

Right to Refuse Training Due to a Dangerous Dog.

Dog owner agrees that all dangerous or threatening behaviors have been disclosed to the dog trainer prior to beginning any dog training.
The dog trainer may refuse at any time to take and train any dog that the dog trainer believes to be a danger/threat to him/herself or any surrounding individuals where the dog trainer was not able to conduct the specified training, initial dog hand-off, or later discovers threatening behavior and the information was not disclosed by the dog owner prior to any dog training and/or relayed to the dog trainer ahead of time prior to any scheduled dog training. The dog owner understands it is his/her responsibility to disclose any dangerous behavior ahead of time prior to any dog training to protect the health, safety, and lives of the dog trainer or any surrounding people the dog trainer is around. The dog trainer can terminate the agreement at any time for a dog owners failure to disclose that their dog is a dangerous dog.

*Dangerous dog means a dog physically attacking a person and/or trying to inflict harm/pain/physical damage to a person with their teeth and/or nails and/or does inflict harm/pain/physical damage to a person with their teeth and/or nails.*

Standard of Care.

The dog trainer will provide up to; a standard of care that a reasonable prudent dog owner would provide. A dog trainer’s liability shall not exceed $500.00 US dollars per dog with respect to the death or injury of any/a/the owner’s dog.

Miscellaneous.
You may not transfer or assign any paid portion of the dog training package you purchased to any other dog owner individual.

Privacy.
You agree and understand that we record all transition trainings you will have with your own dog as a chain of verifiable events that your dog was trained. We will use those and list them on our social media pages or others where we promote our services on. If you have an identity issue job that requires you to maintain a low visibility social media presence, you can discuss that with your dog trainer. Your dog trainer will still post on a select social media forum but archive it so it is not visible to anyone but the dog trainers representing CoreDTS| Dog Training Service/Helping Hand Kennel. This is done for auditing or legal purposes. Any requests to provide this service will have an additional fee cost added for lost marketing means to the dog trainer and the company the dog trainer is representing. That fee is $500.00 Five Hundred Dollars and no cents. Paid in cash to the Dog Trainer. The dog trainer will have final say on accepting the cash in place of the marketing ability.

Veterinarian Services.

The dog owner is responsible for arranging any necessary veterinarian care their dog needs. The dog owner authorizes the dog trainer to make any initial decision needed when seeking emergency veterinarian care for the health and safety of the dog. The dog owner agrees to and assumes all medical care costs for their dog and does not hold the dog trainer responsible for any costs involved and agrees to not seek any financial compensation at a later time because of any medical care related expenses. The dog owner understands that all veterinarian costs is incurred by the dog owner only.

Refund Policy.

If the dog owner decides to cancel the Dog Training Services, the dog owner or payer representative for the dog owner may receive a refund as follows;
- A full refund may be applied for the dog training cost (minus) any transaction fees that were previously paid to the dog trainer or the company should the dog training services be cancelled at least (60) sixty days or more prior to the first day training begins. If a new modified training date is provided during the (60) sixty days or more period by the dog trainer through email, text, social media direct message, or phone conversation that has a new start date between (59) fifty-nine days and (30) thirty days, a partial refund may be applied. Any cash deposits or cash payments are non-refundable.
- A partial refund may be applied up to (30%) thirty percent for the dog training cost previously paid to the dog trainer or the company should the dog training services be cancelled between (59) fifty-nine days and (30) thirty days prior to the first day training begins. If a new modified training date is provided during the (59) fifty-nine days to (30) thirty days period by the dog trainer through email, text, social media direct message, or phone conversation that has a new start date of (29) twenty-nine days or less to drop off date, there is no refund applicable. Any cash deposits or cash payments are non-refundable.
- No refund will be applied for the cancellation/cancelled dog training cost previously paid to the dog trainer or the company should the dog owner cancel the dog training services between (29) twenty-nine days and Drop off day to begin dog training. Any cash deposits or cash payments are non-refundable.
-You understand training dates that were held in good faith for services purchased and later cancelled may/did affect future scheduled/future considering dog owners seeking CoreDTS/Helping Hand Kennel services.
-You understand and agree that any ongoing dog training that is abruptly stopped and/or cancelled during the dog training portion for the health and safety of the dog and/or dog trainer is non-refundable. No refund will be provided.
-There may be rare instances where the dog trainer will stop the dog training due to a health and/or safety concern and require a dog training waiver form be completed should the dog trainer discover an impairment not disclosed by the dog owner or the dog owner was not aware of that affects the dog's health and/or safety. Any/all further training is best efforts for any/all dog training services to be completed and dog safety and physical life is first concern. Dog trainer makes all decisions regarding any dog training that will be applied if any. If the legal dog owner and/or the designated representative the legal dog owner has entrusted does not complete the dog training waiver form, the dog training will cease to move forward, there will be no future date rescheduled to resume the dog training, and there will be no refund of any kind.

This agreement cannot be modified or terminated by the legal dog owner and/or the designated representative the legal dog owner has entrusted to complete the dog training contract on behalf of the legal dog owner unless a written notice is provided ahead of time; a written notice must be provided within the time frames listed above in the refund policy section for any refund, modification, and/or contract termination. The dog owner agrees to not hold the dog trainer responsible for any damages that may result from a breach of this contract. This agreement is between the dog owner and the dog trainer and/or company the dog trainer is representing. The dog owner agrees to forfeit any actionable or in-actionable item to sue the dog trainer and agrees that the specified amount the dog owner and dog trainer agree upon will not exceed more than thirty percent 30% of the cost that is listed in the partial refund policy for the fees the dog owner has paid towards the training package cost and also agrees is more than enough compensation should the dog trainer agree to that.
The dog trainer has final approval to agree. If dog trainer does not agree, the dog owner understands and agrees there will be no refund.

You the legal dog owner and/or the designated representative the legal dog owner has entrusted to complete the dog training contract on behalf of the legal dog owner certify by completing this contract that you are the owner of this dog and/or the designated representative the legal dog owner has entrusted to complete and agree to the terms of service listed in this binding contract.

We may revise this agreement and any of the other terms, agreements, or policies from time to time. The revised version will be effective at the time we post it, unless otherwise noted. If our changes reduce your rights or increase your responsibilities, you agree and understand that we are under no obligation to provide any notice of such changes. You also agree and understand that it is the responsibility of the legal dog owner and/or the designated representative the legal dog owner has entrusted to complete and agree to the terms of service listed in this binding contract to check for any updates to the terms of service contract form.
